“Ready or Hot is a little bit of pomp and circumstance...and a great way to break down the social norms that make people avoid talking about safer sex. We want people to laugh and have a good time.”

Your Questions, Answered.
What is Project Condom?
ONE® Project Condom is a program to inspire condom conversations through fashion. We partner with you to create a condom couture fashion show – where all the garments are made of condoms. We send you condoms and swag to distribute. You organize the event details, such as location, invitations, designers to create the garments. We require that you include the ONE® logo on all event materials and branding.
Who can host a Project Condom event?
Project Condom is open to individuals or organizations passionate about promoting sexual health. This includes student groups, public health departments, nonprofits, and community advocates. You don’t need to be affiliated with a college to host. It is recommended that you do it with a group. We can only support events within the USA at this time.
What does ONE® do to host events?
ONE® will donate bulk condoms for use in the fashion designs and provide ONE® products, lube, and swag for giveaways to help engage your audience and elevate your event. We require that you include the ONE® logo on all event materials and branding.
How do I apply to host a show?
Do the outfits really use actual condoms?
Yes! The designs are made from real condoms—often thousands of them donated by ONE®. The results are creative, bold, and conversation-starting. See past Project Condom events.
Is the fashion show only for colleges?
Not at all! While many shows are hosted on college campuses, we welcome applications from anyone planning a community event focused on sexual health education and awareness.
What are the goals of the program?
Project Condom aims to raise awareness about safer sex, normalize conversations around condoms and consent, and promote sexual health through creative, community-driven events.
What kind of impact has it made?
Launched in 2008, Project Condom events have been featured in news outlets, celebrated on campuses, and shared widely on social media. The program has helped start vital conversations and provide free sexual health resources to thousands of people across the U.S.
