In March 2017, students and faculty gathered at Cornell University's Alpha Delta Phi fraternity house for the University's fourth annual Project CONDOM event.

A collaborative effort between Cornell Red Alert Sexual Health Education Initiative, The Thread Magazine, and our team here at ONE, the event aimed to "Strip Away the Stigma" of STIs and promote condom use in an exciting and educational way.

Sixteen talented student designers participated in this year's event, creating a variety of vibrant garments using unwrapped, non-lubricated, colored condoms. Topping off the event were student performances by Swoopers and Bashers's Jessica Reuter, URBAN BLAZE at Cornell University, & Paul Russell II.

According to Maddie Gerrick, President of Cornell Red Alert, "the event was a huge success with a great turnout." Additionally, the event raised nearly $200 for the Southern Tier AIDS Program. Way to go Cornell!
