Momentum® is entering its 4.0 era, and we’re moving our loyalty program from Club to our brand new home on LoyaltyLion, bringing you smoother logins, automatic points, new challenges, and even more ways to get rewarded all in one place! Whether you’re a longtime Momentum® community member or just getting started, here’s everything you need to know about the next evolution of our community rewards program.

What’s Momentum® Again?

Momentum® is our loyalty program and our way of saying thanks for being a part of the ONE® fam! It’s designed to reward educators, advocates, and brand fans like you! Earn points by completing quick and playful online challenges or purchasing ONE® merch or products on our website, then trade in your points as store credits to redeem free perks and products. It’s that easy, so sign up for free today.

Logging In (Made Easy)

When Momentum® 4.0 launches, you’ll access everything directly through our website—no separate app needed. Just visit onecondoms.com/momentum to login or create an account. If you already have a ONE® store account or have made a purchase on our site before, simply sign in using the same email you used for your past orders so your Momentum® information can sync automatically. If you’re new to Momentum® or haven’t placed an order before, sign up using the email you’d like to associate with your new ONE® account going forward.

How Do My Points Transfer

If you were part of the previous Momentum® platform on the Club App and submitted to the ‘Carry Your Rewards to Momentum 4.0’ challenge, your points and membership details will already be waiting for you in the new system. If you didn’t complete the “Carry Your Rewards to Momentum 4.0” challenge on Club or if you don’t see your transfer points reflected in your new account, please contact ambassadors@onecondoms.com.

What’s New with Momentum® 4.0

We’ve upgraded a lot, so here’s the scoop:

Missions, Redefined

In Momentum® 4.0, the missions you know and love are still here – they’re just getting an upgrade and a new name: Challenges. Challenges are simple, fun activities where you can answer prompts or complete small tasks to earn points. These include things like sending a selfie, sharing a story, completing surveys, or sending product feedback. 

Momentum® 4.0 also introduces two new types of challenges to make earning points easier and more flexible:

• Quick Challenges:
  Fast, everyday tasks like leaving a product review, following us on social, redeeming a birthday reward, or answering short questions. Perfect for quick point boosts.
  
  

• Brand & Advocacy Challenges:
  These are challenges like selfies, surveys, social shares, and community engagement. We refresh the challenges every 2 weeks, so you have new ones to complete and engage with. These challenges are reviewed and points awarded weekly. 

Plus, in addition to challenges, you can now earn 10 points for every dollar spent on onecondoms.com when logged in to your ONE® account, giving you even more ways to rack up rewards.

A Fresh Rewards Page

Momentum® now makes it easier than ever to earn and use rewards. On our new rewards page you can see your loyalty points status, and at checkout you can see the points you’ll earn with each purchase before submitting payment.

Once you’ve accumulated enough points, you can spend them on store rewards like voucher codes or even free products. Currently, you can redeem points for $5, $10, or $20 vouchers when you’re checking out on our new Momentum® platform. Your rewards are delivered as codes you apply to your cart during checkout, giving you instant savings on your order.

Level Up with Tiers!

Momentum® 4.0 introduces you to brand new tiers to reward our most loyal members. You’ll move up based on your point accrual and purchase history. Each level unlocks new perks and exclusive opportunities.

For ONE® College Ambassadors 

The College Ambassador course is still your home base for training, product requests, surveys, assets, and more. However, challenges may be posted on Momentum® and linked to the college ambassador course to help ambassadors earn extra rewards and more freebies! Interested in joining?
