Celebrate Sex Positive's event, with founders Davia Frost and Linnea Marie, was an evening of Sexual Empowerment, Sex Talk and demos that was open to the public at BOOM Concepts. Pittsburgh's own Central Outreach Wellness Center and Delta Foundation of Pittsburgh came out to not only provide complimentary testing, but also sat on the panel to help answer questions about sexual health, prevention, and safer practices. Sex Positive artists, C.B. Perry and Allison Melczak, also showcased their beautiful pieces while DJ Femi set the vibe with her tunes. 

This event aimed to link arms with Sex Positive community based providers, other sex educators, and industry professionals from all backgrounds in effort to spread the work that we do to the masses. We wanted to open the floor in a comfortable and inclusive laid back space, so that like-minded individuals could enjoy a day to not only get tested but also meet new people in the community, and get the chance to socialize with people they might not get to on the regular. Many if not all got the chance to network and learn some new sexual techniques with some gifts to take back home.
